JFK · B2B accommodation desk
Land late.
Sleep close.
One request to every hotel at the airport. Negotiated rates come back from the properties that can actually take your block — not a search page full of retail prices and no availability.

Built for operators
If you move people through JFK, this desk already speaks your language.
Aircrews
Recurring layover blocks on airline terms — late check-in is assumed, not negotiated.
Freight & AOG
Rooms tonight for a grounded crew or a recovery team, quoted while they are inbound.
Training cohorts
Twenty people, three weeks, one invoice. Long-stay rates without a long negotiation.
Relocations
A soft landing for transferring staff while permanent housing catches up.
Before you ask
The four questions every new account asks.
What does it cost to use?
Nothing to open or hold an account, and we never take card payment. Accepting a quote produces a confirmation and a voucher, and settlement runs on your existing invoicing terms.
Why do I have to open an account first?
Because the rates are contracted, not retail. We check who you are before showing what you would pay, and approval is usually the same business day.
What if the dates move?
Message us on the request. If the quote has not been accepted we re-price it; if it has, we work it out with the property.
How late can I file something?
Any time. Whether we can fill it at 1am depends on the night, but the desk is staffed and the request will be looked at.
More questions answered on how it works.
Accounts are reviewed before they go live.
Tell us who you are and what kind of volume you move. We check the details and turn the account on — usually the same business day. There is no charge to hold an account.
